Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Canada – Standard Shipping $9.99 | 3–8 business days

Canada – Express Shipping $14.99 | 1–3 business days

USA – Standard Shipping $9.99 | 5–8 business days

Local Delivery $9.99 | Available for select local areas. You will be contacted to arrange delivery details after your order is placed.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
